More Balkan Related Booknotes Interviews

I was actually kind of surprise I couldn't find more Balkan related book interviews on Booknotes; considering what a major international story it was in the 1990s. I was especially surprised that I couldn't find more books on the Milosevic regime.
Unless otherwise stated, each page is linked to a book summary, full show transcript and video tape.
There are also several other books on NATO, the American Military and foreign relations and political memoirs where Bosnia, Yugoslavia, etc. are briefly mentioned and discussed; but they are not the main point of the book discussion.

BOOKNOTES

To End A War

Serbs and Croats:The Struggle in Yugoslavia (transcript only)

Not Balkan related, but a really important book:

We Wish To Inform You That Tomorrow We Will Be Killed With Our Families
A journalist's account on the Rwandan genocide and the aftermath.

BTW, if I'm not mistaken, I believe that this book, Alison Des Forges of Human Rights Watch "Leave None To Tell The Story" and Dailaire's "Shake Hands With The Devil" are the only major Western books on the Rwandan genocide. (It should also be noted that I have recently seen two personal accounts of the genocide by survivors in my local library).
The Rwandan genocide is one of the most horrific events in history; and there should be more written on it. On the otherhand, Des Forges' and Gourevitch's accounts are so well done and written. While there are many more books written about the break up of the former Yugoslavia and the Bosnian genocide; I have yet to see a single book on the Bosnian war that is as inclusive and thorough as Des Forges and Gourevitch's books on the Rwandan genocide are.
