"Chemical Tolimir?" Chemical weapons and Srebrenica/Zepa

One of the most debated aspects of the massacre in Srebrenica has been the alleged use of chemical weapons against the fleeing Bosniaks. In 1998, Human Rights Watch launched an investigation on whether the VRS used chemical weapons on the people fleeing Srebrenica in July 1995. The conclusion they came to is that it in inconclusive as to whether the VRS did or did not use chemical weapons in July 1995.

Yesterday, as part of the opening statement in the Srebrenica/Zepa trial, the prosecutor introduced documents where General Tolimir issued a report to General Miletic proposing chemical weapon strikes against the fleeing column in Zepa.
Miletic is in the Hague, while Tolimir is still at large.
