Another article posted by Frank. This time an overview of an interview w/ Del Ponte where she said that the international community knew in 1995 that there was a planned mass murder in Srebrenica, but did nothing to stop it.

I knew that the Srebenica Massacre was totally planned! I was so angry at the time knowing it and I didn't live in BiH, I was in this gulag then, and watching the news as little as possible because it all upset me too much. I knew. If I who am nobody could know of course the governments of Western Europe knew!
