There is no Bosnia lawsuit. The lawsuit mentioned is submitted by Muslim-Croat half of Bosnia&Hercegovina, and has nothing to do with the other half, Republic Srpska.
I dont mean to be mean but the abnegation of responsibility on behalf of Bosnians (of all persuasions) generally - how long will it go on?
We all know how Serbia and Croatia were involved in the carve up. Some of us dispute the depth of this crime or degree ie genocide etc. OK.
However, the fact is that without willing Bosnian participants (referring to Bosnian Muslums, Bosnian Serbs and Bosnian Croats) the destruction / civil war of Bosnia would not have been possible.
I wish friends of Bosnia would use a bit more of the tough love approach because a comment like mine, coming from Belgrade may be taken the wrong way.
As usual I wish Bosnia the very best.
