A man who has the unfortunate coincidence of bearing a resemblance to wanted fugitive Radovan Karadzic was arrested in Panama.
Personally, I would find it very hard to believe that Karadzic would somehow leave the Balkan area, where not only does he have a sizable group of supporters that are helping him evade justice; but he also probably feels much more comfortable in the region for personal and cultural reasons as well. Not too mention, none of the intelligence that is out in the public of Karadzic's whereabouts give any indication that he has left/will leave the region.
I can't imagine, unless he was either completely desperate, or paradoxically, overly confident about the slim chances of being discovered, that he would risk the move to Central America.

For some reason, I have a feeling that this will be the first, and only time, Panama will be used as a blog label.
