It's not the headline-grabbing stuff but it's important to know that these lower-level proceedings are continuing. The process of attempting to achieve some sort of justice for the "everyday" crimes committed during during the FRY wars is as important in its own way as bringing Karadzic and Mladic to justice.

I obviously can't speak for any victim; and I of course "victims" are not a monolithic group. But, I remember reading a few interviews where family members talked about how having the low ranking soldier who physically committed the crime is prison was more important to them than the big fish like Milosevic.
So, I do think that these preceedings, while they don't garner the publicity of the Hague tribunal are just as important.
