As the ICTY trials are winding to a close, the IWPR's Merdijana Sadovic wonders "Has Balkan Justice Assisted Reconcilliation?"
On a side note, while the IWPR still has their Tribunal section, it appears as if they no longer have a Balkans section on their site.

I noticed the removal of the Balkans section as well.
Also--bit of a typo in your post: "KNOW longer". Just pointing that out.
