Bosnian Serb PM offered part of RS for Brcko
A summary of a report from Slobodna Bosna, allegedly, Dodik offered 8% of the RS (Bosanska Posavina and some "unproductive" municipalities in eastern Bosnia) in exchange for integration of Brcko into the RS.

Brcko was and is a key section of the Greater Serbian "arc". That's why so many people were butchered there. Perhaps instead of land Dodik might suggest how many lives he thinks one municipality is worth.
My guess would be strategic "security". As long as Brcko remains outside RS there is no integrity of Bosnian Serb territory. Whatever the future relationship of RS and Serbia, that has significant implications for the influence of the RS regime within Bosnia and Serbia.

IIRC, Brcko was the site of one of the worst camps, run by the self-described "Serbian Adolf"
What is the attraction to Brcko now for Dodik? That's not a rhetorical question; is it economic? geographic?
