The ICTY is on summer recess until August 6th, 2006.
When the summer recess ends, the court will begin the case of Prosecutor v. Popovic et al. The trial of seven high ranking Bosnian Serb Army Officers accused in the massacre and forced transportation of thousands of Bosniaks in Srebrenica. The trial was originally scheduled to start on July 14th, but a speech by Carla Del Ponte, where she talked about being at the 11th year memorial was put off, after defense lawyers said it was too emotional.
