Bosnian Minister of justice Slobodan Kovac...

Slobodan Kovac = Serb.

He seems to be fine person.

"Kovac was nominated to his current post by the Serb Democratic Party (SDS), although he was never a member of this party. During his term, disputes with this party became evident to the public in 2004, when SDS asked him to leave the Council of Ministers, jointly with other Serb members. Kovac refused and, according to some sources, he won the battle against SDS with the assistance of International Community."

I also have to agree that justice can be reached on a local level too.

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but
I find this topic to be really something that I think I would never
understand. It seems too complex and extremely broad
for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
