Okay, I know I have been featuring many off topics lately; but these are very important issues; and as the news on the Bosnian front is static on occassion; I will highlight these issues.
One issue is that of child soldiers. Children are kidnapped into joining both government and rebel paramilitary; where they are often abused; physically, emotionally and sexually. They are trained to, and commit, heinous atrocities and crimes. The physical and psychological scars left on both perpetrator and victim is everlasting.
